SaltCreek Casino had a strange problem.

Angry casino patrons kept showing up for concerts and MMA fights that–how should I put this–weren’t happening. SaltCreek doesn’t even have any sort of stage or event center.

It turned out, customers were getting understandable confused by billboards advertising concerts and other events at SUGAR Creek Casino less than an hour away.

Our group was tasked with refreshing SaltCreek’s brand—and especially the billboards—to help distinguish them from Sugar Creek Casino. For the pitch shown here, our solution was to get away from the dark blue and white color scheme and replace it with something far more energetic. With the splash imagery and the vibrant color combination, the comps came closer to fulfilling the promise of the casino’s tagline, “Feel the Rush!”
