Goldsby Gaming Center is a casino/bingo hall located just south of Norman, Oklahoma. In 2018, they hosted the Haunt the Hall Costume Contest, allowing patrons to compete for a chance to win a few hundred dollars.

For the design, I had a little fun with the job and took advantage of the visual overlap between bingo balls and eyeballs creating an incredibly creepy background.
